With our expertise in Asset Management, Health and Safety Management and Process Safety Management, there’s a vast range of opportunities that you can get involved with in our Consulting and Expert Witness services.

During the first three months of onboarding, Finch strongly encourages learning from your peers, no matter your capability. Every new Finch will be first introduced to our business support capability. We find this a great introduction to the business and the people who work at the core, as this is where you begin to build your understanding of Finch. The business support team understands your capabilities and can direct enquiries and other Finch’s in your direction.

Next you will be encouraged to attend different site visits to learn more about not only the capability you sit within but the other capabilities, and why it is important to have the awareness of what the other capabilities offer and how our capabilities completement each other.

We also believed that this approach to onboarding allows knowledge sharing to happen organically and create an environment of innovation and problem solving.

By the time you enter the last two months of your onboarding programme, we support new starters by attending meetings they have arranged with clients. You’ll never be left to attend these meetings on your own. There will always be someone from the Finch Community to support you.

We also have regular check-ins with each new starter, which happen at one, three and six months. Not to mention the ad-hoc conversations you will have with many members of the leadership team.

Since the introduction of this onboarding structure, with a few tweaks along the way, we are finding that our new starters are adopting systems better, fee earning more quickly than anticipated, integrating themselves into the community and seeking help, but also offering guidance.

Does this sound like the collaborative and inclusive environment you’ve been looking for? Why not take a look at Finch’s careers page to see our latest opportunities and start your journey with us.
