Over the past few years, we’ve seen remarkable growth and innovation. We’ve launched two new businesses, revamped our recruitment strategy, earned awards, and taken significant strides in our marketing efforts.

Given the rapid evolution of our company, we took a close look at our current brand identity, which we’ve been using since the 2016 merger of HSEC and RHMA to form Finch. Both internally and externally, there was a sense that we had outgrown our existing identity due to the direction in which the company was heading.

To keep moving forward, we needed to redefine our position with you, our clients, and create a brand that would carry us into the future.

Rest assured, we’re still the same reassuring business and people you trust, and we look forward to continuing to partner with you.
