Jade Carter

As Finch Consulting’s Talent and Training Coordinator, Jade play’s a key role in shaping and sustaining the people experience. She lead’s our in‑house recruitment function, ensuring a streamlined, personalised, and efficient process that supports the business in attracting exceptional talent.

Jade is also responsible for maintaining and continually enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS), supporting operational excellence across the organisation. She also manages the full onboarding and training journey for new starters, acting as their primary point of contact to ensure a welcoming, well-supported transition into the team.

Alongside her talent and training responsibilities, she coordinates a variety of internal and client-facing events and lead several of Finch’s fundraising and community initiatives. With over ten years of administrative experience, she bring strong organisational capability, clear communication, and effective multi-tasking to each aspect of my role, contributing to the ongoing development and success of the company.
