The British Association of Leisure Parks, Piers and Attractions (BALPPA) have recently re-launched their hugely popular webinar series for its members and Finch has been invited to deliver one of the talks.
On Wednesday 9th December 2020 at 10 am, Finch consultants Alan Pressley and Tristan Pulford will give an overview of what a good ALE approach looks like.
Asset Life Extension (ALE) is a widely applied approach to keep assets productive longer and is generally applied to aged assets that are needed to be operational past their anticipated life.
Both Alan and Tristan will delve into how a real and effective ALE system demands a rigorous and systematic risk-based approach that must include organisational roles and responsibilities that go beyond employees.
It must integrate with the organisation’s other management systems, such as those for safety, maintenance and quality, which ultimately keeps rides safe, available and more profitable.
