As an experienced Health & Safety Director for top-tier COMAH sites in the UK, EHS Lead for large Oil and Gas capital projects in central Asia and Regional EHS Director for complex manufacturing sites in India and China, Richard has developed a unique skillset of process safety, risk management and safety leadership tools and techniques.

Richard’s area of specialism includes safety culture transformation and developing risk mitigation strategies for companies operating in challenging and complex environments.
