We are delighted to share the news that our Expert Witness team has been shortlisted as a finalist in the 2020 Personal Injury Awards in the ‘Supporting the Industry’ award category.
This category recognises companies and individuals who provide services to professionals working in the personal injury sector. The winner will have demonstrated that they can identify and meet industry needs effectively and efficiently, add value to client operations, maintain excellent relationships across the industry, go the extra mile in service delivery, and be able to demonstrate growth and commercial success in their own organisation.
The awards are organised by Claims Media, an online resource for professionals operating in the UK’s claims sector and are judged by a prestigious independent panel comprising experts from across the personal injury sector.
The chair of the judging panel is Angela Kerr from British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM) and the other five judges are Sam Elsby, President of APIL, Matthew Maxwell Scott Executive Director from Association of Consumer Support Organisations (ACSO), David England who is a Board Member of Brain Injury Social Work Group (BISWG), Paul Nicholls who is Chairman of Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS) and Paul Rumley who is Chairman of Society of Clinical Injury Lawyers (SCIL).
Richard Brown is a principal consultant and Head of the Finch Expert Witness team. Commenting he said, “Our aim is to provide independent, high quality, readable and evidenced opinions from leaders in their field of expertise, delivered at an acceptable price on time every time. For us, this nomination recognises our progress towards that goal and I feel privileged to be leading such a talented and experienced team. I should add that our expert work sits alongside our excellent consulting service which, very importantly, helps business to prevent injury, improve health and safety, and ensures that our experts retain current industry expertise which is consistently reflected in their opinions.”
Good luck to all the finalists!
