Finch is incredibly proud to be sponsoring the FDF Awards again, this time we are sponsoring the Manufacturing Innovation category.
Manufacturing is one of the biggest sectors Finch supports, and there are some really exciting times ahead with the innovation of new products, technology and ideas.
“At a time of critical labour shortages, soaring energy prices and rising commodity costs, innovation has never been more important to ensuring your business remains competitive. Implementing digital and automation processes into your production line can be challenging project, but it is often a necessary step to maximise efficiency, reduce waste and minimise operating costs. Entrants must show significant and impactful development achieved from the implementation of a technology or improved manufacturing process. This can be in terms of energy usage, production efficiency, waste reduction, product cost or quality.”
The FDF Awards are the ones to win for the F&D sector, recognising and rewarding excellence for innovation, competitiveness and talent in the food and drink industry.
Each year, companies from across the food and drink supply chain enter the FDF Awards, and over 500 guests come together to celebrate the winners at the FDF Awards ceremony.
The FDF Awards ceremony will take place on 21 September at The Roundhouse.
It has hosted legendary artists from all over the world including Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Ed Sheeran, Jay-Z and Adele.
Tickets will go on sale in Summer 2023 when the shortlist is announced.
