Engineering skills are essential for the food and drink industry to grow. This category recognises the brilliant engineers who have made an exceptional contribution to the food and drink sector.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the FDF were not able to hold the 2020 awards as planned last year. Therefore the ceremony will now be streaming live on Wednesday 3rd February 2021, starting at 5:30 pm.
The host for this prestigious event is Jay Rayner, British journalist, writer, broadcaster and food critic.
FDF is also hosting an online silent auction to support GroceryAid, The auction is now open and will close on Friday 5 February, 8.00 pm.
