Finch are very pleased to be sponsoring a horse sculpture as part of The Big Burton Carousel art trail in 2022.
Making Trails are the company behind The Big Burton Carousel and create art trails for councils, towns, cities and organisations and events to help raise money for charities and encourage tourism in towns. They help boost the local economy and cultivate a sense of pride.
The sculptures will be designed and painted ready to go live in June 2022 for 12 weeks positioned around Burton-Upon-Trent. After the trail ends, the horses will be auctioned to raise money for Burton Mind.
Mind offers counselling and support for adults and young people. In Burton, Mind works with a number of local schools to help young people get the mental health support they need. The charity also runs support groups and offers relaxation and mindfulness classes.
People are at the heart of Finch, so much so that we refer to ourselves as a community. In 2022 we are going to roll out a comprehensive mental health and well-being programme to support our evolving business. This will further support our fellow Finch’s and therefore our clients too. Being a sponsor of the Big Burton Carousel means a great deal to us as we will be supporting the Burton and district charity Mind, and we are eager to be involved with a local project which will bring interest to the area and hopefully share a bit of joy.
