Finch Consulting is delighted to announce the appointment of Teli Chinelis as Senior Consultant at Finch. Teli is an all-rounder in the field of acoustics with considerable experience in UK and international projects.
He has experience in all areas of Building Acoustics (architectural and building services), Environmental Acoustics including complex EIA assessments, and Vibration Control (building services or transportation induced). Teli has experience in independent acoustic consultancy and multidisciplinary consultancy environments, both as a technical expert and team leader, and has experience in business development and marketing.
With Finch, Teli applies his knowledge of acoustics as an expert witness both in providing engineering evidence in occupational disease (noise-induced hearing loss), and to the planning sector. We would like to welcome Teli to the team and look forward to the future opportunities this will bring.
