Coinciding with schools reopening and most businesses resuming normal operations, we thought it would be an ideal time to kick off our new series of health and safety toolbox talks for Directors.
The talks are directly aimed at Boards and senior managers who have ultimate responsibility for health and safety in an organisation, as well as providing useful reminders and training tools for health and safety personnel.
Our weekly series of “Director Briefings” aims to provide senior executives with training on corporate obligations regarding health and safety, as well as information about their personal responsibilities and liabilities. They will help to build your understanding of and ability to ensure health and safety risks are adequately managed within your organisation.
The briefings will be delivered via a combination of short articles, vodcasts and other media, presented by our Health and Safety legal experts, former HSE inspectors, engineering, occupational safety and behavioural experts.
Over a schedule of 12 weeks, we plan to cover a range of topics of general application such as workplace safety, work equipment, work at height, fire, noise, vibration and asbestos.
Our first article will be published on Tuesday 15th September on the Finch Journal, as well as via our social media channels so make sure that you are following us to keep up to date with our latest content.
