David Chapman

Non-Executive Chairman

David Chapman is the Chairman of Finch Consulting. With his demonstrable wisdom, David is ideally placed to help guide Finch through its current strategic growth phase: he has been key to the substantial growth of many other leading businesses, bringing enormous experience and deep understanding of what makes a professional services business.

David has specialised in corporate finance for the majority of his career, spending more than 15 years in industry and the venture capital market, during which time he held several directorships with a number of privately owned businesses.

For the last 20 years, David has been a partner at Mazars LLP, more recently in corporate finance and management.  During his time with Mazars LLP he was also a UK Executive, monitor of Sweden and India and Chair of International Corporate Finance.

Being known and highly respected in business circles, has resulted in David being invited as a non-executive director into a range of businesses, since retiring from Mazars.
