Burton and District Chamber of Commerce

Engineering risk consultancy, Finch Consulting has become one of the latest companies to join as a Premier member of the Burton and District Chamber of Commerce.

The Burton and District Chamber of Commerce is a membership-based organisation that supports a wide range of businesses across East Staffordshire and the surrounding area, which includes the key business centres of Burton and Uttoxeter.

As one of nine divisions, the Burton and District Chamber of Commerce forms part of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce, joining a group of over 2,900 businesses representing over 180,000 employees across the region.

The Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce events calendar is one of the largest in the British Chambers network and as a member of the Chamber, Finch will now have the opportunity to attend over 250 events throughout the year.

Commenting on behalf of Finch, Operations Director, Janine Watterson said “As a group of directors we recognised the opportunity to engage and support more closely with the Chamber, its leadership and members. The decision to become a member will further raise our profile within the region.”

Last year, over 10,000 delegates attended Chamber events in Greater Birmingham with events ranging from speaker breakfast events to business growth seminars and speed networking to large business awards dinners which attracted key business leaders and decision makers from across the region.
