Dr Stephen Cowley

Dr Steve Cowley is a Chartered OHS expert (CMIOSH) and an experienced OHS manager and Industrial Hygienist.

For over 30 years, Steve has been providing health and safety advice in sectors ranging from mining and heavy manufacturing to food, electronics and pharmaceuticals and service industries and government. He has experience in building and managing OHS teams, engaging with and reporting to boards and influencing at all levels.

He has been instructed as an expert witness in a wide range of matters including musculoskeletal injuries, hazardous substance exposure, asbestos exposure, confined space incidents, workplace transport and other traumatic injury events. Steve holds the Cardiff University Bond Solon Certificate for expert witness work in civil law. He has advised as a consultant on a wide range of safety and occupational hygiene matters.
